Culinary Entrepreneurship, Certificate of Completion
The Culinary Entrepreneurship Non-Credit Certificate of Completion program is designed for students who seek the skills and knowledge required for a entrepreneurial venture in the culinary field. This program is designed for students who want to add entrepreneurial abilities to their current skill set or open their own business.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:
- Build an actionable comprehensive business plan to start and operate a hospitality venture.
