Fundamental IT Networking & Security, Certificate of Completion

The Fundamental IT Networking & Security Certificate of Completion provides the foundational knowledge to support IT systems, networks and hardware. Will prepare students for an entry-level help desk position in Information Technology. It will also prepare students to sit for the following industry certification exams:

  • Cisco Certified Networking Associate
  • CompTIA A+ 
  • CompTIA Security+ 
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:

  • Analyze information technology issues and provide a solution via known troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Operate, configure, administer and maintain computer hardware, software and networks.
  • Apply basic information technology security principles and practices when interacting with information systems.
